Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of subscriptions and credits on GPTGeni, operated by OMNIORBIT LLP.

1. Digital services

GPTGeni provides digital content and services made available immediately upon purchase. Because AI generation consumes computing resources as soon as it is used, purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been accessed or credits have been used.

2. UK consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by starting to use the Service immediately you acknowledge that you may lose this right once the digital service has been supplied. Where you have not used any part of a paid plan, you may request a refund within 14 days.

3. When we will offer a refund

  • You were charged in error or charged twice.
  • A technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature and we could not resolve it.
  • You cancelled within 14 days and have not used any credits or paid features.

4. When refunds are not available

  • Credits or features that have already been used.
  • Change of mind after the service has been accessed.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output, which by nature is variable.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
