1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

GPTGeni provides AI-powered content generation tools. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or publishing it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You must not use it to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others, and you must not attempt to disrupt or abuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, credits & payment

Paid plans and credits are billed in advance through our payment providers. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party model terms, you own the content you generate. The Service itself, including software, branding and design, remains our property.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
